回復天然的模樣

曾經面對過皮膚幽谷的日子。總之就是壞，以及惡性循環。發炎與含膿。就此過渡了令人憧憬的青蔥歲月。

歲月摧人，學習愛護自己。

每天出門都搽防曬。好好睡覺。不喝冷飲。少吃辛辣。

發現原來皮脂管絲是正常的皮膚狀況，不用理會。

漸漸的，發炎與紅腫的地方收歛了、縮小了、變平了。

因為少了油脂分泌，毛孔也沒有從前明顯。

嘴唇紅潤了，皮膚也白了些。

發炎的地方少了。自我感覺整體也firm了。

回復最天然的模樣，繼續努力。

遺留下的疤，成了成長的痕跡。

An essay is used to convey information if the targeted audience is reading. One that can access the written essay and read it. This falls short of providing immediate feedback.

While an essay is a piece of writing meant for the readers who have no direct interaction with the writer. There will be no room to interact or even have the reading audience engaged.

A speech is meant to be delivered by a speaker before an active audience. It is spoken before the audience that can be engaged in the presentation of the speech. At some point, the active audience can ask questions and get direct feedback from the speaker. This helps to enhance understanding and also gives further direction on areas that may not seem clear.

[康復路] 試完又試

見了醫生，因為血色素又變低了，醫生想檢查是否「缺鐵」為成因，檢查又檢查……

感覺有些麻煩……又抽血，又要留樣本……

令我回想起當日入院的時光，因為一些原因，留樣本只需留一次，免卻留三次的麻煩；現在每天都要留一次，連續三天。每天早上就要跑醫院一趟再上班。

幸好也完成了。

第二次抽血的護士姐姐手勢好一點，沒有瘀。

漫漫長路。

不知檢查多一些是好事還是不好事。

[康復路] 重拾動力

自從患病以後，生活變得翻天覆地。睡覺由失眠變成睡不下十五六個小時，失卻了生活的動力，肥、總想猛烈地吃……

花了五年的力氣，一步一步，是舞蹈的動力叫我疲憊不願的時候也要繼續去上課——每一次都是一場艱難的逾越。

猛烈地吃的心態，用了以年計的時間控制，只是身體仍是不斷增磅、不斷增磅……對體型的介懷已經豁開去了——能生存、工作、不覆發，已經是恩典。

換了醫生。從前的梁醫生升職了，工作量增多，那個「跟case一輩子」的允諾變成了三年，三年過後，新醫生接替。梁醫生不願減藥，認為覆發機會大。藥的副作用因而不減，沒動力、食慾大、肥的症狀依舊伴隨。以為這已經足夠好了。

新女醫生為我的體重擔憂。參加了一個我說笑是為兩百元超市劵「賣血」的研究計劃，記錄每天飲食、試吃研究藥物，看看能否調節體重。兩個月過去，體重仍舊有增沒減，反倒醫生看報告說壞膽固醇指數少了，原因不知何來，飲食習慣沒有改變。但醫生的讚賞令我也高興少許。

還有高興的是身高竟然長了3cm，原因不明。

生活依舊。

能夠控制自己少吃一點的時候，就少吃一點；能夠叫自己早起一點的時候，就早起一點；假日，就讓自己多睡飽一點。

日子如常。渡過了工作中最劇烈的chur——是從前也未曾試過的，回想起以前小同事的那一句話：「唔chur唔知身體好」……

舞蹈的動力伴隨了我渡過親人離世的日子，又伴隨著我，「要康復」。腿部的肌肉確是增強了。腰仍是肥。

不知何來的動力，意識到自己要增強上肢及腰的肌肉，每天花數分鐘集中訓練。肚腩、手臂，終於開始縮小了一點。多高興。

多年的康復期，終於，又進步了少許。從前的動力也終於回來了。

回想當日醫護人員的忠告：要跳舞，要多做一點自己喜歡的事。

繼續實踐，同志仍需努力。

[DCP] How to Pack DCP for MOV file

A.    Aim

To convert MOV or other video file to DCP (Digital Cinema Package) format

 

B.     Pre-requisite

-          Download DCP-o-matic and its Player from https://dcpomatic.com/download.

 

C.    Steps

 

Create DCP

1.          Open the application DCP-o-matic.

2.          From “File” tab, click “New”.

3.          Input file name and click “OK”.

4.          Under “Content”, click “Add file(s)”.

5.          Select the MOV file to be converted.

6.          Under “DCP”, check the “Audio language” checkbox.

7.          Click “Edit” button next to “Audio language” and select the language of the video e.g. “Yue Chinese/Cantonese”.

8.          For “Content Type”, choose “Trailer” or “Teaser” for short video, or “Feature” for long video.

9.          For “Reels”, set as “Single reel” to play once only.

10.      H_CC theatre uses SMPTE as Standard. Set Standard as “SMPTE”.

11.      Under “Video” tab, set “Container” as “DCI Flat” (1998x1080) for wide screen, or set as “Scope” (2048x858) for very wide screen, depends on the film ratio.

12.      Set “Resolution” as “2K”.

13.      Set “Frame Rate” as “24”. H_CC only support DCP up to 24 fps.

14.      From “Jobs” tab, click “Make DCP”.

15.      Click “Make DCP” again to confirm.

16.      Wait until all the processes are done.

17.      Output files are saved in the desired folder.

 

Play DCP

1.          Open the application DCP-o-matic Player.

2.          From “File” tab, click “Open…”.

3.          Select the generated folder with “_OV” as the suffix of the folder name. Only files in this folder are necessary for displaying the DCP.

4.          Click “Play” to test the output result.
