[CakePHP] UTF-8 encoding settings for the whole project in Eclipse


  1. Right click your project in Eclipse (for PHP Developers) > PHP Explorer View
  2. Properties > Resource Tab > Text file encoding > Other: UTF-8
  3. OK and done
